This is a brief follow up
to the last post, about LingYan Shan. These are just some images that show the life of the Buddhist monks who live up on the hill. Above, you can see the golden robed monk passing through the walkways. (If this were a European church, this walkway would be called a cloister. It is a covered walkway, built along the edges of the buildings that form and enclosed courtyard.)
Slippers carefully stood in the windowframes to dry in the sun.
A doorway to living quarters of some sort.
